Healthcare professionals promote preventive maintenance curative measures and by taking this degree one sets themselves on the path to obtaining a license to practice what they’ve acquired from the masters degree. However, to be able to claim to be fully proficient one needs to have a doctorate (or PhD), which cannot be attained without first having a masters.
